It's done. Phew! It was worse than I had expected, actually. I was completely unprepared for the loud noise. The male nurse had given me ear plugs, but one of them wasn't put in properly and didn't help much. It lasted 14 minutes, so it wasn't that long, it just felt like an eternity because I had to fight off the panic attack.
I didn't get any results, so I am no wiser, but at least the darned scan is over and done with. Huzzah!

I have not taken one, thank God. If I ever do, I'll ask for rubber balls for my hands so I don't draw blood as I'm clenching my fists!
