Fall is here and it's time to prepare for the cold season

Starting on the pullover for Simen. It'll be like this - without the high neck.

He needs a warm jumper for when he'll be working in the woods this winter, but I know he'll go nuts if he gets warm and has something tight  around his neck. No point in knitting something that he won't use.

I'll also have to knit the Yoda hat for Helene. Probably something I'll do in between, because knowing myself, I'll get sick and tired of all the black colour and will need some variation. That and socks. Scott, you want a pair? Jason?(meaning you Ash and Em) Now that you guys are moving up north, you'll need warm footwear. Lorin? John, you've already got a pair and I'm assuming that you, Court and Eileen have no need for any, but if you do, holla - which goes for the rest of yous too ;-)

  2. Yoda hat. Coffee. Yoda Hat. Coffee. YODA HAT!

Yoda hat wins. Even with instructions, books, pictures, and various videos, I can't seem to grok knitting. I am, however, planning to set up a Facebook page to sell my crocheted items.

    What are your favorite colors?

  3. hehehe I haven't knitted any Yoda hats, so it'll be interesting to see how it turns out, but if I can get it to look anything like it is supposed to, I'll knit you one, Eileen :P

Selling your crocheted craft is a good idea. We're using the two cloths you sent me. One I use in the kitchen, the red and white we use in the shower - excellent for both uses
My fav colours, hmm...think autumn colours and you're pretty much there =)

    1. Checked. That would be 44.5 EUR Can you stand crazy colourmixed ones? I only got that type of yarn at present, if so I'll start on them right away. I need a break from the jumper

  8. It's definitely colder here. My tootsies could definitely use a pair. I'm a size 12, Ash is a size 11 in womens, and Em is a size 6 in baby shoes... if the offer is still out there. I'm still catching up on blogs after being offline for over a week.
