Since crazy is the norm, making the best of it is often the best remedy. Reminded hubby he's part of a family and not only a workforce. Tried to encourage him to not go logging this weekend, but just relax, getting some needed rest. Did not work. He did, however, agree to letting Simen do most of the physical work and just do what they had to do and letting that be enough. It's the small victories that most of us live on, eh?!?
Grocery shopping is done. House is cleaned and aired. Pizza is made and 'resting' until it's time to put it in the oven. I've got The Inheritance and Other Stories by Hobb/Lindholm waiting for me to dive into it. The sun is shining from a blue sky and the temps are surprisingly high. Life is good.
